    The PSA, C8+SCX and SCX SPE cartridges works fine. The hydrophilic interaction LC-MS/MS column is also very powerful. It seems that we have found a new pathway to get rid of ion suppression effect in LC-MS/MS bioanalysis.

    I would like to recommend that every research scientist has a Chrom-Matrix LC-MS/MS column set at hand for her/his challenging bioanalysis. These columns have no carryover and offer much better peak shapes.

    I give Chrom-Matrix 100Å C18 column a very high evaluation. Originally we used a Zorbax C18 column (Dupont method) to validate a GLP HPLC method for the formulation analysis. Unfortunately, the peaks are distorted due to low capacity from Agilent column. The problem was solved when we switch the column to Chrom-Matrix C18.
