Please get me a quote for the standard size catridges so that I can see if I can process a fast delivery since we are at a crucial stage of the method development and urgently needed more of your catridges in order to validate the methodology.

It is important the supply of the catridges is reliable since the method may be entirely reliant on the unique perfomance of the C8+SCX catridges in light of the current status of opiate analysis at the lab.

We have been able to try out the cartridges that you provided and we are very impressed by the data. We have performed the elution as suggested by you but have tried precipitation with acetonitrile and dilution with buffer prior to loading the cartridges. In both instances the recoveries have been above 90% although dilution with buffer prior to loading offered better results. Loading has been performed at  pH 6. Less analytical reagents have been used and the procedure is less time consuming.

Your product has impressed greatly even under manually operated conditions and believe once automated more robust and precise data will be achieved.
